Ok folks, I'll hit you with the headline first, this was hands down the best massage I have ever…read morereceived! I have had easily over 100 massages over the years, mostly from the chains (Massage Envy, etc), many from hotel spas and a few from independent therapists and again I tell you, this was the best! First and foremost, if you are a "chain store" person, or leary for whatever reason, about getting a massage from someone who works out of their home, go ahead and throw that thought right out the window! April is highly educated in her craft and provides a far better service than any name brand massage place! Is she going to give you a terry cloth robe and put cucumber slices on your eyes? No. Is she going to give you a fantastic massage? Yes! Now I have always left a massage feeling better, but I tell you now that I left this massage feeling GREAT, completely loose, jelly like and most importantly, pain free! Normally, with every previous massage I requested deep tissue and I now know I never actually received that! This massage was 180 from every other, and in a good way! Here are some highlights: A) I usually fall asleep, or have minimal talking. However, April "educated" me through the entire experience and it was a very nice and welcome change! And if you want silence, just tell her and you will get silence. She absolutely wants you to have a positive experience! 2. She primarily used a cupping therapy technique, a first for me and I will not go to another therapist unless they use this technique. I'm not going to explain it to you, you're a grown up, you can Google it! Word of warning though, this technique will most likely leave marks or slight bruising on you; relax, it will go away, and it is well worth it! Third, she doesn't just use a lot oil and rub your muscles! She gives you a legit massage! If you've been to the others, do yourself a favor and go to April for your next massage! I am not from Omaha, but I can assure you that if she lived in Charleston, SC, I would be a regular client!

Such a great deal, the chair was comfortable and the massage was amazing. I found out that they also offer full body massage and services for specific problem areas like neck and shoulders. I told her I had chosen the wrong service and I would handle rescheduling a different service. She said no problem, it hasn't shown up yet, but she would handle it. When I still got charged I asked why. I got the run around from the owner and a bunch of lies and made up stories that she thought I rescheduled that service. When I specifically told her on the phone that the service I had accidentally chose was NOT something I wanted. She never refunded they money after several messages back and forth. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.
