I had such a great massage here with Kaitlyn! I booked a one hour pregnancy massage for $90, and it was well worth it. Kaitlyn mentioned in the beginning that she does medium pressure, not deep tissue. I was disappointed to hear this, however, the pressure she used was perfect! She asked about any problem areas, and I explained a few spots in my back that are always tight. She spent a good amount of time on these, and they feel very relaxed afterward. The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I had an amazing experience here. First the establishment is so nice, clean, beautifully decorated. You walk in and immediately feel a calming peaceful atmosphere. The staff here is friendly, kind, and patient. Very welcoming and warm. I came in for a massage and I waited only a few minutes before my massage therapist came out to walk me to the room. I was with Hannah who was also kind and accommodating. She asked me what areas were bothering me and what I was looking for. She tackled everything I stated and I left feeling like a new person with less tension in my neck and back. I highly recommend stopping by. Been going here for the last few months. I've tried three therapists and they really have folks that specialize in every area. I've been going for the deep tissue specialist, but they can do it all. My go-to massage spa in Omaha. The owner, Lindsey is so kind and welcoming, a wonderful massage therapist (my mom has been going to her for years), and runs a great company with friendly staff. I have been getting massages with Marissa regularly to help with migraines and back issues for the last year and I've seen significant improvement in both areas. Marissa uses a variety of techniques, including ashiatsu, which is MAGICAL at working out deep knots. It truly is a restful escape from a busy week and has been a game changer for my overall health. I've also been treated by other massage therapists at Oasis and have never been disappointed. I've sent several friends and family there, and it's on my go-to list for gifts. Oasis gets 4 stars for its wide variety of services, great therapists, and its tranquil setting. There were some little things that kept it from getting a perfect rating. I went to oasis for a spa day to pamper myself. I had an hour massage, facial, and pedicure. The services are not cheap...more expensive than many other places in the area. I have to say, however, that at each step of the process from check in to the transition between services to the services themselves, everything was seamless. The entire experience is designed to promote relaxation. My massage was excellent. The linens on the table were incredibly high quality and luxurious. The table warmer was adjusted for my comfort, as was the head rest. My therapist not only showcased excellent technique, but she also seemed concerned with my stress and wellbeing. She gave me some tips for stretching and massage at home. I wasn't expecting that! One little thing I didn't like was that she left the lights on full brightness for the duration of the massage. Perhaps they didn't dim, but if that's the case they should definitely consider a dimmer. The music was also quite loud at times. I like a little in the background, but there were points in the massage where the speakers were cracking. Too loud. The pedicure was actually done as I was up on a facial table. The table was already warm and toasty with sheets and blankets and pillows. I got a warm eye mask for the duration. A bolster went under my knees and the pedicurist sat at my feet. It was the most insanely comfortable way to get a pedicure...I highly recommend it! Instead of soaking my feet, lots of hot towels were used. The pedicure was very relaxing--but I wouldn't be able to get my pedicures here exclusively. The lack of soaking and heel buffing made it less useful and practical. The facial was the least enjoyable service of the three. The first moisturizer or mask she put on really didn't smell good. The esthetician had me flip around on the table and lie flat. My low back started to hurt and after I couldn't take it anymore, I asked for the bolster back. That seemed to help, but as it was my final service, I felt that some of the earlier massaging was counteracted. She did do a good job on extractions, but felt she could have been more thorough. There were also no buffing or energizing machines used. Her massage techniques were great though. And while my mask was doing its work, I was treated to a long scalp massage. Overall I enjoyed my spa experience...but for the price, I was hoping for those little extra touches. read more

I saw Paige for a pedicure. She was amazing. I had injured my foot and tore some ligaments/tendons. I discussed it with her before appointment. She was very careful. I have been to quite a few different places to get massages, but as soon as I came here 15 years ago, I have been going ever since. Ericka Forbes is great! She always knows exactly how to work on the areas that matter most at the time. Some massage therapist make it uncomfortable. She is the opposite. She also makes it a fun and interesting experience. I booked a 90 minute Couples massage for my and my husband. My husband had Dawn Peterson as a massuse, who was WONDERFUL. I, on the otherhand, had Dennis Jenkins. The first 45 minutes were pretty good, until he had me flip onto my back so he can work my neck and other areas. He sat on the stool and "massaged" my neck for what seemed like about 15 minutes. He held the base of my head and ears, and fell asleep breathing on my face and lightly twitching his fingers on me. I realized something was wrong, but I felt helpless, terrified, and uncomfortable, and I was too afraid to open my eyes and see what was happening. After about 15 minutes I finally mustered the courage to see what the heck was happening; he had his eyes closed, mouth open, and was bobbing his head asleep holding and caressing my neck/head. I was so terrified and panicked, I felt absolutely violated. I didnt know what to do other than try to wiggle out and hope he wakes up and lets go of me. He finally jerked awake and played it off as intentional. He asked me to move my head and check the mobility and feel of my neck as if he was actually working the muscles. Worst experience and massage of my life! I dont think I'll ever be trusting or comfortable enough to go back there, let alone try anywhere else for a massage. I ended up calling and informing them after it happened, because I finally got the courage to let them know how embarrassed and violated it made me feel, and the manager, some woman who didnt give her name, had the audacity to ask me if that was all that was wrong. She tried arguing that it was some Reiki hold and he wasnt sleeping. I told her he was asleep, and that he was BARELY touching me, twitching, and breathing on my face with his eyes closed trying to not fall over. I tried to express that I only want to let her know that this is the experience and service their company is providing, and how terrified I still feel. She kept demeaning my feelings of the experience and kept asking me rudely if "that was the only thing wrong with his service" as if thats not a horrifying experience. This place has horrible staff and horrible management. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else for a massage read more

My SO bought a spa package from here for me for Valentine's Day. I have tried to make appointments on three different occasions for the package and they are always booked out 60 days in advance. I travel for work so it's very difficult to book that far out. When asking to break up the services Rachel said they upcharge 20% to do this. I believe they are trying to deter people from utilizing the $300 gift cards so they expire. This is bordering on fraudulent business practices. read more

This was my first facial ever, so I don't really have anything to compare it too, but I felt like this facial was just sub-par. I got a microdermabrasion facial from Brie, who was really nice, but I felt like the facial was a little rushed and I didn't feel like it was worth the $93 + tip. At one point, she left the room for about 15 minutes while a sat with a mask on my face, which I thought was a little odd, considering everyone I talked to said they usually do not leave the room and will do other things while the mask is setting. I know that some of the effects of a facial will come over time, but when I left I didn't feel like my skin looked any different or more healthy, although it did feel smooth from the microdermabrasion. When I arrived, I was greeted by name, as if they were expecting me. Right off the bat, I was impressed. I booked a facial, spa pedicure & hour massage. The aesthetician asked important questions to ensure she understood my concerns & gave appropriate recommendations. We started with the pedi, so my polish was well dry before the massage. It was so relaxing!! The massage was great, never felt rushed & the masseuse took his time. I felt important as a client & left feeling fantastic! Only tip I would suggest, would be to explain the experience to the client. Let them know what they can expect as soon as they check in. There were a couple of times I was unsure as to what or where I needed to be (aesthetics take place in a different room than the massage). Although, I've had several massages, every spa has a different way of doing things. It would have been more comforting to know ahead of time. The spa setting is tranquil and relaxing, but it wasn't a great massage. The masseuse used a weird light touch that didn't in my opinion qualify as deep tissue massage.
