This morning I did the exercises given to me by Elite Health along with five incline "sprints" on the treadmill, a weight workout including squats, lunges and deadlifts and walked for a total of two and a half miles. I hurt my back at work. He took x-rays and saw that I really messed up my hips and back. He adjusted those areas and I felt immediate relief. He had me come in a couple more times for follow up.
