He also installed all the hardware and custom-fit a bedroom door and installed a handle on our gas heater unit. He took time to explain what he did, which we appreciated. When I called to find out why they said it was tax and an additional credit card fee. but the tax is already on the original invoice. they then said the tax on the invoice is materials fees. it took them 3 days of asking at least 6 times to get the original invoice, I asked if they could get me an updated invoice/ receipt so my charges would match. They then gave me a hard time and told me they would send it at thier convienece in a week or so. Meanwhile the job was never completed and the dry wall patch looks like crap not even sanded or textured. They are scamming people. should be zero stars.
