Hello Natural Coast Cleaners Management, Hello Mr. Louis C., Business Owner, I have been in contact with your company from the day I arrived at my property. That first day, I was in constant communication with your assistant, Mickella. I even sent her pictures and requested to meet with her at the property the following day. The next morning, I arrived very early (around 11 a.m.) to resolve the issue in a respectful way. To my surprise, one of your employees appeared in my driveway without any prior notice. No one informed me or asked my permission for her to return. Did you? What made this even worse is the fact that she was the very person you and your wife assigned to clean my property for the last three visits--without training or quality control, despite your wife's promises. She herself admitted this to me. Just before I entered the house that day, I had even given her a box of candy in appreciation, only to discover afterward that I had been misled for 30 days. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. that day, I remained at my property and stayed in constant text communication with Mickella, waiting for your company representative to arrive. Finally, I was told that neither you nor your wife would come because she needed to pick up your children from school. Still, I did not give up on trying to resolve matters respectfully. I even wrote a long email with full explanations, but no one ever responded--not you, not your wife, not your assistant. It is astonishing that you now decide to step in with "assistance and presence," when at the time I asked for your involvement, you ignored me and my business entirely. It has now been nearly 30 days since I sent that email, and I have yet to receive a single response. Meanwhile, I paid your family-owned company almost $1,000 during the month of July. Only after I posted my review did I see any sign of acknowledgment from you. As I stated in my review: "In just one month, I experienced the full spectrum of their poor business practices: ignorance, lack of compassion, lack of communication, no quality control, and zero customer service." I have saved copies of all emails, text messages, and photographs. If any future client or company--or the owners of this website--wish to confirm my experience, I will gladly provide the documentation. After the very first cleaning, my property wasn't even included in the schedule, and the next guest was due to arrive within the hour. Over the last 30 days while I was away, this company never performed a single quality-control inspection. Because of this neglect, my home was left in unacceptable condition, and I received a negative review on Booking.com.
