I am a 35 year old male. I suffer from chronic back pain for more than ten years. This is a result of a spine injury I had when I was 21. The pain in my back comes and goes and often my muscles get so stiff in my neck that I can hardly turn my head. A friend of mine recommended trying acupuncture this is how I decided to go for a treatment with Karla. I was sceptical about it as I normally believe in the traditional methods although I thought I would give it a go and see what results I get. After the treatment I felt relaxed and I could realise how much less tension I have in my back muscles. I walked with ease and my posture has changed.
