My wife bought a vape from here and brought it home. When she opened the box, it was defective and…read morehad leaked all over inside the box. She went to exchange it and they do have signs saying no exchanges or refunds, even though it was defective. The man was very rude about it so she set it on the counter and said "fine" and went to leave. He then proceeded to yell at her to throw it away. She told him it was defective and he can throw it away, he continued to yell and berated her until she threw it away and walked out feeling like shit. Once she saw that he was not going to exchange it and they had signs, she complied and left him with the defective product and went to leave, even though he was rude, that part is forgivable. But yelling at her to throw it away? Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.
