Lunch with Mom at @elementgastropub Downtown Raleigh, NC…read more My mom supporting me, means everything to me!!! We ordered the Sweet Chili Sauce wings with house ranch for our appetizer! Mom loved those! I ordered the Carolina BBQ Sandwich which was smoked vegan BBQ tossed in hybrid eastern- Western style sauce (whatever that means lol), creamy coleslaw on a Brioche bun with a side Kale Caesar Salad. Mom ordered the Philly Cheese steak which was chopped seitan "steak", marinated mushrooms, house made cheese, peppers, onions served on a soft hoagie roll. It also came with my favorite chips by Caroline Kettle chips @carolinakettle! So, glad they support local! Mom didn't really care for the cheese steak. I tried it as well & it wasn't my favorite. But, we had an amazing time for lunch on this beautiful day! oh, & I also had a Carolina Mule! Which was I want to try their brunch the next time I go back home to visit! #VeganLunch #LunchWithMom #Element #Gastropub #RaleighNC

"Vegan faux meat dishes near the Raleigh Convention Center"…read more Stopped here on the Saturday of GalaxyCon in July at 5pm. There are a lot of outdoor tables with umbrellas, but we opted for the interior. The interior was a bit dark but still comfortable, especially near the windows. We got to pick our table and were given menus promptly. I went for the faux Philly cheesesteak and a side salad with Bleu cheese. My girlfriend got the western nodeo burger and a side salad with ranch. Service was good- there was a little confusion about our order and what table we were at, but they were apologetic about it. And we still got our food within 20 minutes and regularly were offered drink refills. My food was fine. The vegan Bleu cheese dressing was quite runny and tasted ok but not nearly as good as the real thing. Honestly, I felt the same about the cheesesteak. The faux meat was oddly rubbery, and the cheese was just ok. It also wasn't very large. In contrast, my girlfriend's dishes were excellent- the ranch dressing was epic and the burger was super tasty. Warning- it was hot, especially the jalapeños. But delicious. If I went back, I'd get her order for sure. Price was pretty good especially for the burger- most entrees were in the $15-20 range, but did not come with sides. Overall, a good vegan option near the convention center and Marriott hotel.

The quality of ingredients makes every pizza astounding and flavorful! A definite shout out to…read moreTrevor, who commandeered the oven. The place was pretty full with a line and he was never still shifting the pizzas around with the skill of someone who's done it for over 12 years. I was fascinated that with as many as 12 pizzas rotating in the oven he still knew exactly the order that each one needed to go in with the proper name on each box. When I asked if he could clean the oven surface to prevent too much char from sticking to the bottom of my pizza, he did not complain and brushed out each side before putting mine in and it was perfect! Way to go to Trevor - as well as the manager and every member of the team on July 1, 2026

I just ordered from here and will never do so again. Stay away…read more (1) I had a horrible experience ordering online. They wouldn't let me order as a guest, but noted that I had signed up before. They stopped me from ordering until I clicked the link, went to my email and logged in. Of course, my order disappeared, and I had to put in all the things I wanted again. (2) The software was so wonky that I could not double-check the delivery address. So I had to guess that it was correct. (3) Finally, after ordering, I waited for the delivery. It came with only one of the two things I ordered. (4) I called to report the missing item and to get it delivered or pick it up. Blaze took me through a roundabout process for reporting. I just clicked any number to get help and asked the AI for "Representative". The live person came on the phone and greeted me, put me on hold for a long time, came back and said there was nothing she could do because she couldn't reach anyone from the restaurant! I'm done with this restaurant. The pizza is good, but the service is not worth it. I don't even want my money back. I feel like a fool for even ordering from there after point number (1) above. I'm erasing this pizza place from my restaurant list.

It's a cozy and comfortable place with inside and outdoor seating. They serve several types of coffee blends and other beverages. They also have a limited pastry and baked goods selection. After ordering our cold brew, macchiato, and chocolate croissant we sat in some comfortable chairs in an area with shelves full of neat and quirky items to peruse while waiting for our order. While waiting a section of the bookcases opened as a family walked out. Didn't realize it was there. Not sure what's back there, but pretty interesting nonetheless. Picked up our orders and sipped over a conversation for lunch and hitting some open houses. The cold brew was very good. The croissant was fluffy and tasty, which paired well with the strength of the macchiato. This is a great little place to enjoy coffee and conversation or read a book. There were a few patrons working on their laptops as well. Pretty cool place overall. Recommend trying this place.

I came here to kill some time and read, so i wondered through the shop. The ambience is very cozy, and they had a cover patio (though it was kind of rainy that day). There was also a little room with tchotchkes for sale, and the tea room (I poked my head in just to see and the employee was ~ not amused ~ oops). I'd say this is great if you want to stop in for coffee and chat with a friend. I'd also love to book tea sometime, as it's a cool concept! This wouldn't be on my list for a solo coffee trip, as it was hard to find a comfortable corner to read a book.
