Mom loved those! I ordered the Carolina BBQ Sandwich which was smoked vegan BBQ tossed in hybrid eastern- Western style sauce (whatever that means lol), creamy coleslaw on a Brioche bun with a side Kale Caesar Salad. Mom ordered the Philly Cheese steak which was chopped seitan "steak", marinated mushrooms, house made cheese, peppers, onions served on a soft hoagie roll. Thymely Meals is a mobile food service on wheels! Eric is acually a personal chef as well so ask him about those services if you are interested. Thymely Meals serves yummy dishes for all diets! They have an assortment of meals for vegetarians and vegans. They also specialize in pressed juices! This food bus is 25 feet long and quite an awesome site to behold. Its super clean and tidy as well. Thymely Meals do not cook on the bus. They do everything in a commercial kitchen. They prep, cook, package and load everything onto the bus. So what does that mean for the consumer? No standing in a long line waiting to order, and then a longer line waiting for your food! Thymely Meals was at a run group meetup I went to on yesterday and I was really impressed. The line moved so fast and there wasn't any waiting for your food. Everything was already prepared! (2) The software was so wonky that I could not double-check the delivery address. So I had to guess that it was correct. (3) Finally, after ordering, I waited for the delivery. It came with only one of the two things I ordered. (4) I called to report the missing item and to get it delivered or pick it up. Blaze took me through a roundabout process for reporting. I just clicked any number to get help and asked the AI for "Representative". The live person came on the phone and greeted me, put me on hold for a long time, came back and said there was nothing she could do because she couldn't reach anyone from the restaurant! I'm done with this restaurant. The pizza is good, but the service is not worth it. I don't even want my money back. I feel like a fool for even ordering from there after point number (1) above. I'm erasing this pizza place from my restaurant list.

Picked up our orders and sipped over a conversation for lunch and hitting some open houses. The cold brew was very good. The croissant was fluffy and tasty, which paired well with the strength of the macchiato. This is a great little place to enjoy coffee and conversation or read a book.
