As with most banks, you'll need to make an appointment to deal with some issues, but they can normally fit you in the same day. The offices are spacious and welcoming, and there's even some toys for your children to play with - keeps them occupied for a couple of minutes, anyway! All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and efficient. I took my mortgage out with them last year, and the Mortgage Adviser made the process as easy as it could be. I'd highly recommend using them for your savings, investments or mortgage if you're thinking of changing. The only problem that I've found is that they don't offer a current account.

In my case I was mis-sold PPI when taking out a credit card with Lloyds TSB. Although it took some time, my claim eventually cam through, although I was beginning to get concerned about the time that it took for my PPI to come through, it did come through in the end, so I am happy with the PPI claim I put in.
