Hopeless and rude. Tried to hand them Power of Attorney papers, complete with ID and their own form filled in - as instructed by Natwest central Power of Attorney team. Lady insisted I had to come back in with ID. When I said she wasn't listening to me she went to fetch the manager - " for my rudeness" - however the manager wasn't forthcoming as he was "busy" talking while leaning on the wall outside his office. = So I walked out with my package & I will find another branch - not easy there days. I wonder if anyone from Natwest is reading all these bad reviews. read more

This is a fairly small branch (very small compared to other city centre banks) and it can feel a bit cramped at busy times, but it has a good range of private rooms, desks for information, ATMs, and a query desk, so the queue for the actual cashiers is shorter than it might otherwise be. The branch has been revamped in recent years and is now lighter and more visually appealing than it used to be, which makes for a more comfortable visit. The worst branch EVER, although the one on High Street is not any better.. Not enough staff and some of the ones who work there they simply chose to serve you with indifference. That is why I just changed my bank account. read more

Worst branch I've dealt with, staff really don't seem to care. If I only had to deal with this branch I would change banks!
