One side is super short and uneven. Hell, it's uneven all over! There's some longer pieces sticking out on both sides. I hate it. Conversation topics with my stylist (Hilda) was also very bizarre. But I dyed my hair here once and it was damn near $430 after she had quoted me $320. I spoke to the owner and she dropped down the price but it was still not what we agreed on. The girl told me it's because I have "a lot of hair" but I had the same amount of hair when she quoted me (right before she got started) so I'm not sure what changed. Took my daughter for her quinceañera hair and makeup thinking a salon will do a better job than hiring someone independent. Biggest $250 mistake ever. Her make up was already coming off while we were there in the salon still doing hair. The curls in hair lasted about 2 hours, it looked bad. Hair was a mess all night and come to find out the lady didn't even curl all of her hair. She braided half and hid it in-between so she wouldn't have to curl all of it. I had went to Naty's to get a balayage done along with a haircut and have regretted going ... this establishment is horrible and I do not recommend. The appointment process is frustrating and disorganized. The receptionist will have your appointment "booked" , yet you'll still have to wait almost an hour to be seen. The stylist who dyed my hair was named Nixon and did a horrible job. I showed the stylist an "inspiration photo" and got a completely different outcome. I should've known not to continue with the appointment when he asked me "where do you want the balayage to begin at" ... I had long virgin hair that was to my waist and now my hair is a little passed my shoulders and dead. I called the office the next day to tell them I didn't like the outcome of my hair because I noticed when I straightened my hair you can see that my hair was not blended and the coloring was everywhere ... I was told " the picture had curled hair that's why it doesn't look the same" ... I was extremely upset and kept calling to get it fixed! The owner was on vacation at the time and they tried telling me I had to pay to get it corrected. I had to go back 3 times for them to "correct" it. The first time was the appointment it self , the second time he dyed my roots light brown and changed the color of the blonde, the third time they dyed my roots dark brown. Naty refused on giving me a refund and said too much products and time were wasted when they had me going back and forth. They're way overpriced and unprofessional. They charged me $475 for a f*cked up job. I'll never be returning to Naty's. read more

Makeup was not great. I told them that I didn't want too much foundation. Well, at the end of the makeup session I looked in the mirror and saw all my hidden fine lines! I didn't want to look older. So, they took it off and applied a lighter foundation and it look ok. She didn't even put mascara. For the price of $75 I would have expected better. So, for makeup I won't do it again. I'm not mad at that I understand it can be unpredictable at times. So the lady who I had an appointment with has to leave. (I get it life happens and we don't have control over things, again I'm not upset at this). She already had 2 people waiting for her and all she says is someone else has to do their hair. Waves us off and doesn't even apologize or tries to reschedule us for a different time. Zero professionalism. I would had been fine if she would had even acknowledged us but she waved us off as if we were two flys bugging her. I am still not too sure about this place, but I loved my hairdresser. I got the ombre done because it is SUMMA TIME and I wanted to lighten up my hair before my vacation. LONG STORY SHORT: I had red & dark brown in my hair prior to dying it ombre, so it took over 6 hours to get my hair done, which was a bit irritating. I did not think it was going to take so long! I was hungry and mentioned it to my hairdresser - she brought me some crackers out which I thought was very sweet of her... Anyways, It did not come out the way I envisioned it, but again, it was because of the color I had before. From what the girls were saying to me, red, black and dark brown are the hardest colors to get rid of when trying to go a light blonde. My hairdresser said to come back in three months, so I will do that, and hopefully it comes out the way I want it then and I will post a photo for you all to view. Naty's has a very good reputation with hair and makeup for special occasions, but in my opinion they do great work for cuts/dye's etc... They don't respect appointment times I was late to my event all because they made me wait and regardless my hair and makeup was trash by the end of the night. Love this place! Naty, the owner is a beautiful talented woman! The hair stylist don't last long here, that is the only down part of it all. Other than that, anyone who works here can really do an up do. So if you're looking for someone to do hair for a 15, wedding or prom, this is your place to go. Prices are not bad and the energy is always a great one walking in. I truly admire Naty for all that she continues to do for her community, she is someone to admire. The location is not that great, but it is way better than where it used to be. I have been going to Naty's for the past six years of my life and have always had Ismael cut my hair. I have always liked the way that he has cut my hair until now. I went in last week to get a a trim and for him to only cut my tips and he ended up cutting almost two inches off of my hair! The part that made it even worse was that one side was left longer than the other. I went in this morning and asked for him to fix it. I was pretty clear about what I wanted: for him to fix the length at the front. Instead, he ended up chopping my hair off AND STILL LEAVING IT UNEVEN. I came in for a light blonde color I show the hair stylist exactly what I want & it comes out copper/gingerish on ONLY my roots!
