I started a remodel on the store and I want to say thank you to the customer's that understand how much work that goes into a process like a remodel. But there are a few people like the person who wrote about the store not being stocked with newer DVD. His comments are not true. But we all know how people are. The fact is there are a selection of about 4,000 dvd. With most of them being 2012 to 2016 releases. Not old like the reviewer posted. We will not only restock Newer DVD, but over a hundred newer toys. I have been in this business over 35 years and I am sure if you come in the store in a couple more weeks you will be impressed with the invatory. Last Night I went to Naughty by Night to pick up some lube, and was a dollar short while buying the item. The Manager was kind enough to pay the rest of my order when I didn't have enough change. That is what I called awesome customer service. I have never experienced any manager displaying this kind level of kindness. This shows me how much this business cares about their clientele. This store definitely is worth the spend and support they earned from me. Just awesome. read more

On the front door Naughty by Night has posted big signs about the oversized back packs, and purses being left in your car or checked in with the clerk. This is a big store with alot of merchandise so I don't blame them for worrying about theft. It's a simple request that people should understand. Also have a sign letting people know that they a a policy about hoodies not being allowed on head for security purposes. Great store, great selection and great prices.. read more

I went into the shop undecided on a certain item and the sales associate Gabby was so helpful. Gabby made me feel comfortable and she helped me pick out the perfect item for my Saturday nights. This is by far the best store around both my wife and I feel very comfortable shopping here (they always have both male and female staff)! Amazing selection, friendly and helpful staff, and best of all great prices. I've been to the "other" store in town and will never go back due to lack of products and customer service. One week ago I was in the store and Arcelia was very helpful and made you feel so comfortable . Any questions I had she was able to answer them all. No store in the av compares, funzone is beyond lame (employees especially) prices suck, management has terrible people skills (rude, and condescending) and its GHETTO gangbangers, drug addicts everywhere you look. Naughty By Night is clean, has tons of inventory, great friendly staff, and awesome prices. read more
