Visited today with my boyfriend for a few things, we were immediately greeted when we walked in. As soon as we got about halfway into the store Leslie greeted us and asked if we were shopping for anything specific and if we needed help. She went through a couple different options and brought out some demo floor units before allowing us to look around a bit. Once we settled on a spot in the store to look at what we wanted she came over again and let us know what each item had and the best deals and warranty. She recommended different ones and was very polite and respectful the entire time. She grabbed the 2 items we had already and put them at the counter while we finished looking around. I have shopped here before and never had a problem and have always felt welcomed but I went tonight and the employees working were rude and kept laughing at the items I was looking at. I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. Company is very misleading. Found them through Yelp. Company offers to order online for curbside pickup with 20% off if you leave a positive review. Website would not let me check out online for in store pickup. When I got to the store, the same exact item was $10 more expensive, and this is AFTER the associate stated I had to leave a positive review on Yelp to get that higher price with 20% off. Pricing is very misleading, could have gone somewhere else without the long drive across town for a lower price with no discounts or promos involved. Won't be back. read more
