I would've left 5 stars but I can't 5 star a gym that doesn't have a hex bar. The free coffee is a nice gesture

Madison is a great fitness instructor! I highly recommend her fitness classes including water aerobics!

This gym is extremely well equipped and well laid-out. Upon entry you are greeted by friendly staff who know you by name. The gym is broken-down into many separate areas specific to use/body-part. The cardio room is immediately off of the lobby with the rest of the gym located down the stairs. There is a room that is for core training with lower back and ab equipment. There is a room that is all Nautilus equipment to do the Nautilus circuit. There is a studio room with a wood floor that has some spring-y type of suspension under it and floor-to-ceiling mirrors along the front wall and the far side. There is a lower room down about 3 steps that contains all lower body equipment with just about every type of leg apparatus there is with the exception of a 'butt-blaster'. Down about a half-dozen more steps is the massive free weight area with back and chest equipment galore along with 2 complete dumbell sets in 5lb. increments. There is also a wet area that has a dry sauna and a jaquzzi and a very nice pool that has a rubberized soft liner in a beautiful royal blue. Bring your own towels and supplies for showering and a lock for the daily use lockers. My one complaint is that the hours of operation are cut (and some days are even eliminated/closed all-together !) by the owner/manager due to low client use. So if you are counting on stable hours 7 days a week your workout has to be modified to accomodate being closed on Sundays and very limited and sometimes closed on Saturdays. But that aside, for the money this gym is really hard to beat! read more
