I noticed he also did air duct cleanings and without pushing that service he offered me that with a 20% discount since he was already out at my house. As is typically the case my 5 and 6 year old's followed him around and he was great with them. He spent the time needed to have my house looking and smelling great.

He even banged up the walls. About half the stains came up, but several remained--including some obvious spots he completely missed. Eventually, he had to call in a competitor to help fix what he couldn't. For someone claiming 14 years of experience, this was shockingly unprofessional.

I am a neat freak and I use to clean my carpets every 6 months, Rapid Restore was able to remove rust and paint stains that had been in our carpet since we purchased our home 9 years ago and they were able to pull more dirt out of the pad then I every could. We also had an essential oil stain that kept coming up out of the pad and it is now all the way gone. My carpets also have the life back to them, they are nice and fluffy. I would recommend them for all your carpet, tile, stone and more. They can even clean driveways.
