After Christopher stopped by to take care of our windows, I found myself questioning why it took so long to give him a call.... Christopher with extremely responsive - quick to give me an estimate and a timeline that he would be able to stop in and help us out with the job at hand. Not only was he kind and courteous to work with, but he took the time to ensure that the job was done well. This meant taking the screens off, washing the outside of the windows, washing the inside of the windows, as well as cleared the tracks. Christopher was also knowledgable about the industry, giving me advice on how to keep the windows clean in the future as well as how to keep the house cooler in the summer months, which I was grateful for. Chris and "Mister" (his wonderful rescue dog pal) were at our home in Glendale yesterday to clean all the windows inside and out. As usual, he did a top notch professional and careful job. We are very pleased and recommend him highly. Oh, yes-- he also took down all of the screens (and some of them mount on the stucco to propel that occasional errant golf ball) and cleaned them all and remounted them. Once we got over the communication issue regarding start time the job went well. The windows looked great and no mess was left behind. I would consider calling upon Cris again. He sent me a note asking why only 4 stars. Chris called me because I gave him only 4 stars. I told him I was writing an answer. He wanted to discuss it then. He was aggressive in pushing to discuss it. I asked if he only looked at the stars and not read the words. He got more aggressive, He started shouting and cussing me. I will have to give second thoughts to using him again unlike what I said previously. read more

Chris went above and beyond to clean our windows and screens and even agreed to clean our clear glass shower doors for a very reasonable price. Chris' window cleaning prices are more than fair. He worked quickly and efficiently the entire time he was in our home. He offered suggestions for ways to keep our windows clean and followed up his visit with a professional text thanking us for our business. A little late with this review but Christopher did our windows a few weeks ago right before we moved out of our rental and we could not say enough nice things about him. He did such a great job on every window and worked hard for hours under the hot sun, he left all our screens and windows spotless. We cleaned the rest of the house ourselves but figured we'd leave the windows up to a professional and we were so glad we did! He saved us hours of hard work and as a result was instrumental in us getting our deposit back. He was also such a pleasure to work with from the start, so friendly and responsive the entire time. I'd say the only downside was that our toddlers were so enamored with him that when he left they both started crying, but we won't hold that against him! Lol read more

Chris strives to make each window he cleans, perfect...and we have a LOT of windows! He clearly explained his workflow to my wife and I in advance of getting started so we could be out of his way when he started on the interior windows as he went from room to room. We had quite a few calcium spots on our patio windows and glass doors due to hosing down the travertine during the summer. This required quite a bit of extra work with special pads, etc., but the windows were spotless when he finished. Chris' customer service is top-notch and provides his service at affordable pricing which is why we'll be regular customers for years to come as we finally found a OUR Window Guy!
