I called Seacoast to get her new number which I misplaced as I was having heart issues. They would not give it to me. I then had a major hospitalization and needed my practitioners new contact info as she was also my primary care (still listed under these folks for some reason). I called the hospital. No luck. Then I figured out that I had sent my medical records to the new place she had gone to. They gave me that contact info after I told them my next step was calling my attorney. Egregious. in my opinion, had I been able to get my practitioners name in a timely manner, I think I might have avoided a major hospitalization. IMO if you could rank them below zero would be my rating. When my Practioner was there, they had a HUGE problem with the front desk as well. Glad I will never have to return there. If people do not want to do business with this practice, the practice should provide contact information to doctors and providers who previously worked here.

I often see the NP Melissa which is fine because she is a pleasure. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, visiting the Doctor isn't a dreadful experience as it can often be. I am usually not waiting very long to see whomever I am there to see. When I need labwork or prescription refills, I just call and it is done. No fuss, no muss. The best part is that Dr. Ficht and Melissa are both down-to-earth, so you can really talk to them. And they listen! Unlike some Dr's who seem to be going through the motions just to get to the next patient.
