This is the cleanest, best-run laundromat I have ever used. Machines work as expected, with virtually none marked "out-of-order". Attendants very attentive and helpful. This location was convenient, clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I took off a star just because I felt it was pricey. For a single comforter I spent $7.50 to wash, $1 for a tide pod, and $2 to dry for 40 minutes. Maybe this is normal though, I'd go back if I had another emergency. read more

This is a great laundromat! I had an 8x10 flokati rug that needed washing and this place got the job done! Their oversized washers and dryers worked out excellent for my task. The employees were rude and disrespectful to us One of the employees was putting money into the machine and putting clothes into the dryer where I was standing as if I was invisible. Me and my husband said can you wait till we are done and she said no I work here. Hmmm can't fix stupid. She was very rude and the nerve to argue with us. No respect what so ever!!!! Not only when we went there they were using most of the machines and told us that they weren't working. Then yet they use them. They had paper on it saying it's out of order. My dryer quit working in my condo and I had to get wet clothes dried asap! The young man at the front offered a cart to carry in my bags, and showed me the dryer that would work best for my four bags of wet clothing. Instead of making more money by separating me into multiple dryers, he recommended a large one, which actually dried three loads in 24 minutes...bonus! Also made change from a $20, even mentioned that they have basically 24 turnaround on dry cleaning and mending, like book bags or straps, and they offer shoe/boot repair. Went in today to get 3 scarfs drycleaned. The only employee that could help was cleaning out the coin machines. She was told twice by name that I needed to go. Her response was "wait, hold on, I see you!" I was not going to wait at the counter on her to continue cleaning out ALL the coin collections from the machines. I walked out. She was rude and unprofessional. I didn't say anything. I was in my car..ready to back up, she was waving her hands, looking confused but she new what was up. No way now would I go in there after that experience..many other cleaners to go too. The older lady who works here needs to find another job. I got to this business this past Tuesday evening & was greeted with a raised voice saying I could not wash my clothes there. I was shocked to be honest and confused. She said "we close in an hour and a half!" I obviously knew this information since I just moved here & had googled info on local laundry locations. However, I didn't think I would be turned down to wash clothes AN HOUR AND A HALF before they closed. If she is itching to leave her job so fast and before closing she really needs to find a job much suited for her. There is a way to speak to customers and yelling at them is not the way to do it. Ok, here is the deal. This place has contracts with the local resort rental units or hotels. Every weekend is just packed with the groups of rental workers bringing in huge bags of sheets and towels. That wouldn't be a problem except they take every washer and dryer in the place. When you are lucky and find an open washer or dryer you won't be able to find a table to fold your clothes on because they are all piled high with the resort linens. It's just a mess. I talked to the very nice girl working there about the situation, she suggested I come Mon -Fri to avoid the mess. I suggested they just set some rules and guidelines for the resort contracts undated of letting them take over the place . I'm sure nothing will change, I wish there was another option in the area. read more
