Best glatt kosher cater ever! Food was very well made and so fresh. I had a bris and last minute a well known glatt kosher caterer decided to double his price 2 days before my event even though we spoke about food and price two weeks prior to me giving birth. I called told Amir told him my idea for food and what I wanted. He said sure let me know ASAP because I buy all my meet the day before the event so it's fresh. He listens and caters to the client not upselling you for extra food you don't need. He doesn't sell you an extra station since he has left overs from a week ago. He was so kind and all my guest were shocked how good it was they thought it was NOT kosher. Even my non kosher guest were amazed and many took his business card. I owe him for saving my event and will use him for all my catering needs. He is fair, listens to your needs and delivers amazing fresh and delicious food. Not only were they able to handle my wedding for 375 people at ease, Amir was there with us throughout the entire process making certain all the glatt kosher food was not only delicious, but presented in the most elegant way possible. My guest were happy and raving, especially about how fresh everything was, especially the salmon. The Brazilian Carving Station was my favorite and mouth watering - as I think of it now. I highly recommend Navaz Glatt kosher catering. I attended a family Shabbaton from Rabbi Loloian where Navaz catering provided the food. It was the highest quality kosher food I have ever tasted in my life! They served gourmet Friday night Shabbat dinner, Saturday lunch, seudah shillishi and a Sunday BBQ at the park. I was very amazed about how fresh the food tasted for all the meals. Amir (the owner) and his staff were very well organized and friendly. They also had a variety of different types of food at each meal. Vegetarians were very lucky as he provided a few vegetarian dishes at each meal. He also had foods that the kids enjoyed. The salads were also extremely fresh and were prepared right before each meal. They had a wide range of different salads that I had not seen at previous caterers. The meat dishes and Persian stews were also very juicy and authentic. The fish was so fresh and juicy that it melted in our mouth. My daughter who never eats fish tried it for the first time because she was hearing so many compliments at our table from kids and adults alike! She is now eating fish since and I am I will be forever grateful for Navaz catering for opening up the pathway for her! The BBQ was also hands down the best BBQ meat I ever had! It was a very good quality meat with the perfect spices. For the BBQ, they were very thoughtful in having two different types of meat: one spicy and one not spicy. The Persians who love spicy really enjoyed that their appetite for spicy food was met. They also had a portable French fries maker at the BBQ which my kids loved.
