I can't say enough good things about Lorena's Bomb tacos except that the name is accurate. Tacos and everything else they served was the bomb. I reached out for my party, they responded in a timely manner. Their prices were very reasonable. This place quoted me the best price. They came exactly as planned. I ordered pupusas in addition and quesadillas. One of our guests had been to two other Halloween parties that night with taco people and she said ours were the best. We had Lorena's Bomb Tacos cater our party for 50 people yesterday. The tacos were excellent and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food! Lorena was very good with communication before the party and answered all my questions by text/phone. The taco ladies who came to cook/serve arrived promptly and were ready to serve the food after 30-45mins of arriving. The tacos were perfectly-cooked and I loved how we could see them cook it. Maria and Olivia were very helpful, nice, and wonderful. They stayed for hours - which was very kind of them. Every time I went up to them, they would greet me with a smile and then proceed to cook my tacos. As for the drinks, the horchata and hibiscus tea were delightful. Both of them were very refreshing, especially in the heat yesterday. I loved the horchata because it was well-made. I really liked the hibiscus tea as well because it had an overall great flavor. Best catered taco truck I have ever gotten. I found Lorena's bomb tacos on yelp and reached out to the number provided. I was instantly connected with the owner (Maria) and she was able to accommodate my day. Just hours later, Maria sent me a confirmation text with my order details. Required $50 deposit. The day of the party... they arrived right on time and required only 1/2 an hour to set up. They stayed for 3 hours total. Very professional. They provided everything - plates, napkins, two jugs of aqua fresca, rice, beans, the toppings for the tacos, and of course, the tacos themselves. Maria and Nivia were the amazing ladies who prepared our food for the party. Although we had a lot of people and long lines, we never felt the long lines because Maria and Nivia worked so fast! The meat was AMAZING. I have had taco trucks in the past and at times, the meat is dry. Not in this case. Lorena's bomb tacos truly lived up to their name, BOMB tacos. The meat was juicy, tender, and tasted very fresh - which is rare to find in taco trucks. We had tacos and quesadillas for our party. Although the quesadillas are a little bit extra... get them! Wow! Where do I begin. We hired them for my mom's 70th bday. Paid for 80 people 3hr, they got there a bit late but we didn't mind. They ran out of all the meats about 30 minutes into the party and we didn't even have all the 80 people at this point. They took another hour to bring more meat and same thing they ran out and left early.
