They operate under several different names Block, Medical Staffing and Industrial Staffing and several different phone numbers. The number they call you from you cant call back to and the number they leave for you to contact them back at is not the number on their website. The website reroutes you to other websites of theirs.The BBB has no phone number for them but address....... and biggest issue is they have suspicious business practices. I called back and spoke to Mary Beth who said it was against their company policy to answer any questions for me. BTW all I asked her was where where they were located. She put me on hold for several minutes to come back to tell me that it was against company policy. When I began to question her she began stuttering. (((((BEWARE))))))))

This place is wretched. After I waited 2 days to receive my Prove-it tests, I called the office and…read morehad to tell them to send it again. Took the woman three times to send since she was unable to simply copy and paste my email address from my résumé. When I met her face to face, she complained about previous people that came through that happen to work at my current place of employment. Then stated that I looked unprofessional. I was wearing a dress with a sweater, and my hair was straight and pulled back into a ponytail( I probably resembled a librarian). She stated that I didn't own a suit. How asinine to make that assumption. During a phone conversation, she also thought it was necessary to explain to me how I am sabotaging myself since I am hard to get a hold of. Mind you, it was written on my résumé and I told her that I had a full time job and cannot have my personal cell phone out. When she would call or email me. I would ALWAYS return her phone calls within the hour and if she ever emailed me, I would respond within minutes. But of course during her professional rant, she stated that it took me a longer than day to get back to her. Overall, if you want a woman to preach to you on professionalism and chastise you for quickly returning phone calls and emails instead of answering her phone calls while you are at work, then this place is for you. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and effort.

Unreliable and do not communicate with in their own organization or clients. It is bad enough you're dealing with patients and special needs children get your act together and provide the services you are getting paid to provide!! If a minus zero stars where an option I'd leave that! Totally fed up, excuses after excuses. They've only had 5 years to get my sons services together!
