Just today, I took my wife's car in because of a "wobble" in a front wheel. Now the Car Dealer we purchased the vehicle from put it on a lift, showed her the uneven wear on the tire and claimed it was from a broken belt in the tire. FINCK's took the wheel off the car, spun it on their balancing machine, brought me over to take a look and showed me that the wheel itself was dented badly on the inside edge. The tire, which I had purchased from Finck originally, had no inherent defects. They then offered to install the spare for me in it's place (this is when I discovered that the rotten car dealer (not Fink) had not included a spare tire with our purchase of the then new vehicle!) So they put the original wheel back on and I drove it home. NO CHARGE! I could tell a dozen similar stories about how helpful FINCK's has been for me in the past 30+ years that I have been going there, but they ALL would be just as good. Now the Car dealer who sold us this car without a spare - when I had specifically requested that the spare be a full-sized one, and not a "doughnut" before we purchased it. That dealer is going to get an angry review on here shortly!

Do not trust this place. They destroyed my brand new tire and will not admit fault…read more I came to swap out my tires and the very next day my TPMS came on. I went and looked and my tire was ruined with a deep cut. I went back and showed them the damage and they kept saying it was curb damage. Which is not possible as all I did was drive home that day and the tires were brand new. It has only been 1 day since I was there. The tires also don't look like it was put on evenly. Keep in mind all 3 of my other tires are and look brand new. The constant mocking of all the employees telling me it was curb damage instead of handling the situation professionally has prompted me to write this review. Do not trust them to work on your vehicle. They do not admit fault and will mock you if your vehicle has damage. A nightmare scenario for the customer. Edit: - If it truly was curb damage. The damage would be on the right side, not the left. - If the tires condition was already in this state, then i should've been notified because I would not have allowed them to put this on my car. Don't do it......dropped car of for 4 new tires and 2 hours later get a call that the technician…read moreran my car into a concrete pole!! On the phone i was told it was a scratch but when i got there it was a total bumper replacement, rear fender and tailgate.... I understand accidents happen but my car not only has a camera, but the SEAT vibrates as it approaches an object. The worse part of this is not shop but dealing with their claims department...hence i would not recommend this operation cause if you need to be made whole from their own doing - FORGET IT!!... I got an estimate from a reputed body shop in town and gave it to the adjuster from Dunn Tire (3rd party vendor) and they basically cut it in half, declined some repairs based on interview with shop, want to us aftermarket parts and noted that pricing was agreed upon between them and the body shop - which I can tell you is NOT TRUE!! I turned the paperwork over to the body shop and they said nobody has every contacted us regarding this and that the car cannot be fixed for that amount... Oh by the way Dunn cut the check and sent it to me, so they are trying to sweep this under the carpet as a done deal.. well it is not. on top of the damage, later i was able to calm down and look at the tire job and low and behold the RIM on the same side of the accident was scratched ... when i advised the adjuster of such damage and took the pictures, they said do you have before pics to prove damage didn't exist.. REALLY!!! for anyone still wanting to us this business. I recommend take pictures of you rims and tires before hand.. I asked adjuster which part of the car did the shop actually work on??? the tires they responded... interesting the tire is correct so how would the rim get damaged and it be the rim on the same side as the accident??? never less i am still fighting to get the rim covered and the body shop is dealing with the repair costs, which is a 8 day repair which i will be given an rental but with stipulations. I know this is a very long story and believe me it is not over.... I have a 3 year old truck with zero issues, 30K miles not a scratch inside or out and now i have a damaged car with dimished value and looking to be made whole and i get the run around... REALLY!!! AVOID cause if something happens you will regret it like i am..... Want to make sure everyone is aware that this was the 12th street location!!!

I did some research and found that this mechanic shop had great reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning once they opened to figure out what was going on with my van. The Tow truck driver showed up at the hotel to tow my car 15 minutes before the shop opened and advised me that they are always super busy and there is nowhere to even park. He advised that I call first to check and see if they can even get me in. He was nice enough to wait until 8 AM ones they opened and I contacted them and explained my situation. The gentleman was really friendly and welcoming and said that he can "squeeze me in" in between appointments to help me out and get me back on the road. The van was towed to the shop where it was diagnosed. gentleman then explained everything to me that was going on and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. I agreed to do the repair and he ordered the parts fixed the van and I was back on the road within one hour. it couldn't have been a smooth transaction and these guys are down to earth and very good at what they do.
