Dr. Nayak has no respect for her patients. My first visit was a terrible experience. She was late to enter examination room. She sat on a chair next to me and told me to have a ton of tests that she wants me done. She didn't even touch me, no use of stethoscope on. Patient by Pulmonologist. She spent barely ten minutes in the room and took two phone calls in front of me. When I asked question about the medication she prescribed, I was told she's is running late. I was the last patient of the day. She never did anything about the test orders and office staff didn't call me for ten days either. When I called, I was told she hasn't placed orders. For sleep study, she waited till the afternoon of the scheduled date to speak with the insurance company. Northside Hospital had to cancel the appointment. I am a caffeine addict who was supposed to be off caffeine so it took me a week to get off caffeine and the test was cancelled. Absolutely no service from this service provider. I would rate this doctor as a total failure. I would give negative rating. read more
