My business account was closed for no reason given after I paid for new checks. Tried many times…read moreto get answers and nobody would explain and wasted my money on new checks and never did get the small deposit back either. I have another one for 2 years now and no problems at all. I wouldn't open a business account here because at any given time they can drop you without any explanation or notice. I realized it when a vendor told me they denied their payment and told them no account exist. I called and called. Why make me order checks, give you all my business forms and papers with license number, and waste my time like that if you were going to close the account. I never did get my money back for my checks either. Sad to because many years ago, I used to work for you. Really disappointed!

My husband had to run to the gas station to take our cash using ATM which only allows you to take out 200$ each time so on top of the inconvenience we had to do 3 separate transactions and paid over 30$ ATM / bank fees alone to pay the oilman . Their website says they accept VISA / Mastercard. So I'm just confused as why would you let us pay using our debit card in our first order but not second time ? If that was the case I would've had the cash ready but since we always pay with card I thought that was the norm . Anyway it was just a terrible way to start our morning .
