They come to the house, tell me they have to order a part it's gonna take 3 days and they'll come back in the mean time they've charged the unit with freon but it will probably get warmer as the days pass. they come back 3 days later and "fix" it. AC still blows hot so I call them back the next day. they tell me they have to order another part and they'll be back the following Monday. it's Monday as of the time I write this I call and ask where they're at and he tells me it will be tomorrow he can come back then informs me that it's okay because it's cold outside now. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and UNHELPFUL are some of the words I would use to describe this company.
