He was receptive to all questions, indicated what they would cover in the quote along with screen removal, downspout removal, reinstall for both, deck prep, and staining with 2 coats. Their quote was not the lowest, but was in the middle. The real reasons I chose them was because I liked them when they came out for the in-person quote/estimate, and their truck appeared to be maintained (that's a big signal for me about care of work). On days of work, couldn't have been more pleased. Amazing job on deck prep, screen removal (labelled with tape), care of ladders, deck washing. They came in the next day to stain, and were wonderful about getting a quality job completed. I will use them again.

Be ware and ask for videos if you decide to go with his services. And make sure to have a lawyer on standby. I was completely at a loss and had no choice but to pay for his services I was not comfortable with. This was a month long project that needed to be done in 2 weeks.
