Decided to return here after several visits pre-COVID to relieve some muscle soreness, drawn back by their reasonable prices. The space has been nicely renovated since my last visit, and it was quiet when I went since it wasn't full. I got the special, which included a full-body massage. Lily did a great job taking care of my sore spots. Towards the end, she used hot rocks--which was a surprise since I'm not a fan of heat, but otherwise the session was solid. Keep in mind this is a reasonably priced massage spot rather than a luxury spa, and it's a shared space separated by drape-like partitions, so it could get pretty noisy when fully booked. It has been awhile since I've been to foot spa in South Bay. Usually the ones I have reviewed in the area don't have my masseuse and/or closed now. Well this place does it hard and listens when I want mostly neck+back. Finally! I won't say my masseuse else I won't be able to book her. I'm sure everyone in there is awesome as well. Extremely pleased. The ambience was very comfortable and relaxing. My wife and I had simultaneous foot massages that included much more than just the feet: arms, legs, and even a scalp massage. The staff was very kind and efficient, staying focused and hands-on throughout with no downtime. My masseuse asked whether I preferred medium or firm pressure on my back, and when I requested firm, she delivered excellent, consistent pressure. Overall, it was a great experience. I went to this foot spa after multiple days of running, so figured it would be great to check out a place specializing in foot massages. Pros: -they don't just massage the feet, but also include a scalp, shoulder, arm and leg massage with it which was a nice surprise. They even include a back massage at the end which was great. -the staff is extremely nice there -it seemed clean and had nice relaxing music playing -price: $45 for a one hour massage. Can't beat it Cons: No soap in the bathroom which made me slightly uncomfortable when the masseuse was touching my face...I could also smell garlic in the air during my massage. Not sure if someone was heating up food or if it was on the hands of my therapist -the walls are paper thin. As in you can hear absolutely everything going on in the salon. The masseuse next door was coughing and sneezing the whole time, which didn't help that there was no soap. -A couple came in for a scheduled massage. They were very loud and chatty, which was very disruptive. Not the staff's fault, but there is absolutely no soundproofing in this place. -another masseuse kept coming into our room to ask my masseuse questions, eventually leading my masseuse to leave and come back multiple times. She was apologetic luckily but it seemed this was normal -At one point during my foot massage, the therapist was barely touching my feet with one hand and seemed distracted. I took the towel off of my eyes and looked down to see her texting. I said something to her and she immediately stopped and improved her massage -when I was paying at the end of the visit, they charged me an additional $2 for Venmo...which is connected to my bank account, so I don't see why there would be an extra fee, but whatever. Overall, I left there feeling better in terms of my muscle pain, but the aggravation from the noise, constant interruptions and lack of soap would lead me to not coming back. read more

As a walk-in I waited an hour for an appointment and I'm glad I did. I did a combo massage. I felt amazing afterwards so it's a thumbs up from me. The only somewhat confusing part was that there were 3 massage tables. Are there going to be other clients here? I had no idea. I usually remove all garments but my impression was that clothing is left on here. She recommended I remove my shirt so I did. If you have cameras then i suggest you check them out and see how that man was standing at the door with that woman next to him and like i said in my review i asked "do i HAVE to tip?" And they both shake their heads up and down and say "YES" after i already told them i wasn't going to tip because it is voluntary. They still kept pressing the issue... if they are going to be forcing tips you might as well include tip in your prices ! read more

This was my first time to this spa as it is new. It was very clean and the vibe was very calm and relaxing, exactly what one would want for a massage! I opted for a one hour full body massage. The therapist didn't say much and went right to work, working out the tightness in my shoulders, neck and back. Even got my feet, which was good as I usually don't get a foot massage. She was very knowledgeable about how to get the tightness in my shoulders out. Great massage! I left a generous tip as the therapist deserved it. Bad experience. I have had massages at all price ranges. This was unpleasant even for a low cost massage. Massage therapist passed gas's multiple times in session. It was so crazy it felt like a joke. The. At check out, the same therapist, not a receptionist prints the receipt and points to the tip line. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I am so angry at this place. I've been coming here for years . I always pay $35 plus $10 tip. I've looked past the loudness, the cigarette smell the talking the $1 credit card fee but what killed me was when I tried to use their punch cards for a free massage. I rarely even ask for it but sometimes I do... so I have a few cards with stamps on it and I give them to her and she's they are no good. I assume since they were from 16-17-18 that was why, she keep circling those numbers on it. But here's the things - it doesn't say anything about that on the card on anywhere . I've had massages all over, from chiropractic massage offices to expensive spas, and this place is my go to. It's definitely more of a deep tissue style massage that We are accustomed to. But it's not. It's better. They knead every inch of you, in a routine style, including the fingers and ears. Im pretty sure the massage is intended to drain your lymphatic system. Sometimes I leave here feeling high from the pressure points they use during the massage. I always feel even better in the next few days. Drink tons of water after. I got muscle ache all over my body/legs/arms next day! the worst part.., yes their price maybe cheap as $29.99 per 70min and I was going to tip them for $5 and gave them $40 for change since I was NOT even happy with his service then they just took $10.. I told them for $5 change then the lady told me that I MUST tip them at least $8 then made some comments in chinese... tipping is not how it works as she said.. she kept telling me something in chinese.
