Recently I wanted to move ahead with an expensive laser hair removal session. After three weeks, I finally emailed the owner Jill to complain and let her know she had lost a customer. She didn't have the courtesy to respond. Needless to say, I am happy to spend my money on such a luxury service elsewhere. Oh well.

I went to Veranda to get lip injections by Dr. Gold on November 14th 2019. I had been there…read moremultiple times before to Dr. Gold with no issue. They sent out an email asking for models for Dr. Gold, which I assumed was for their website, so my mother and I signed up. When we got there, there was a nurse with Dr Gold. I was already in the chair with my numbing cream on my lips when Dr. Gold informed me that the nurse would be doing my lip fillers. I wasn't totally comfortable with that but I was already there and numb. The nurse had NO experience with filler, which I was informed about AFTER she had started injecting. She ruined my lips and I have a giant ball of Juvederm on one side, making them extremely lopsided. I had tried to resolve with the business, and I have not heard back from them since they just stopped answering my texts. It has/will cost me thousands of dollars to try to get my lips fixed from her ruining them. My mothers lip was also uneven/messed up.
