My daughter and I both got tattoos. It was a fantastic experience and our tattoos look great.

I tried to schedule with Reese, but unfortunately despite reaching out multiple times over the past five days, I've received inconsistent responses. Reese initially told me he'd check his schedule and get back to me for the original day that I had planned and failed to respond for the entirety of that day. The following day, without any explanation or apology for the previous lack of response, he offered me an appointment for two days later. I asked him if he could do an appointment after 5pm because of work and he again said he'd "let me know" and never did. The lack of communication was frustrating and reflects poorly on any level of professionalism here. read more

My cat passed recently and was getting a tattoo about him. I was not very well put together, messed up an email twice and got things mixed up and was just out of it. The artist, Vee, was SO kind and SO understanding and made the entire experience so nice. I loved my time here and would recommend it to anyone. read more

The guy who attended us at the entrance was extremely nice (caucasian male) but when it was time for piercings to be done it was a horrible experience. That guy who was hispanic (was speaking in spanish to the other people in the room) with long hair was extremely unprofessional & said a certain piercing couldn't be done which it was done before on the same spot at a different shop so when we told him he proceeded to do it lightly also stabbing her cheek with the needle while doing a piercing on the ear. Could not even put the ball on the jewel. Seems like he doesn't do it often. I can keep going... I got my tongue pierced there before by a caucasian lady with tons of piercings & it went smoothly. read more

After scheduling with Reese multiple times and then him ignoring my texts for weeks on end or just not responding at all, AFTER I had put a deposit down. I then continued to reach out about making an appointment, no response. I asked for my money back, no response. so I call the shop and end up speaking with the owner (even though I originally asked for Reese) explain my situation and then he said he'll pass on the message. Reese then proceeds to schedule me until he learns I just wanted my money back instead, calls me all sorts of names, verbally attacks me, says very hateful and racist remarks, and says I can't get a tattoo anymore. AS IF I WANTED ONE. He also proceeded to imply that he was giving me a "discount" because he wanted to hookup. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, hostile, and degrading encounter in my over a decade of getting tattoos. AFTER a WEEK of back and forth with this unprofessional "work place", getting verbally degraded by REESE AND THE OWNER both calling me a bitch, and stupid, and annoying. I had a good experience there. Nice shop and awesome artist. I had 2 tattoos by two different artists. Carlos and Gamma and both turned out awesome. I'm def going back and driving an hr to get there bc it's worth it. read more

Most unprofessional shop I've ever dealt with. My husband made a appointment with THE artist, appointment day came - artist never showed up. My husband rescheduled with the same artist, second appointment day came - SHOP WAS CLOSED, when it was supposed to be open. I've called, most times no one answers the phone and majority of the time you can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. read more

Piercing wasn't painful at all! Good experience. I was really nervous to get my lobes pierced but the man was nice and joked with me to calm me down. I'd recommend. Thinking about going to get my nipples pierced next. read more

Got their and there was a very long wait cause I guess the only piercer in the building had gone out to get lunch.. It was alright as I was super excited to finally get my second holes pierced. When she came back she took me back into a very dark room with almost no light.. instead of sitting up she laid me down. I left the room with my second holes lower than my first ones.. fast foward I have gotten my third holes(at a different spot) and i am so disappointed with the way my second ones look.. my second holes are not aligned they way they were supposed to be.. read more

The experience was great! I called ahead of time for nipple piercing and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful and polite, the price was decent so I went shortly after calling. The space is very open clean and beautiful inside. I was greeted by a very beautiful young lady who talked me through the process and hyped me up to just go for it. The piercer guy was great! I was a little nervous and would have preferred a woman but he made it a comfortable experience not awkward at all. The lady that took my money after the piercing had a little attitude but overall they were great and I would highly recommend! Will be going back for more piercings and ink. read more
