We recently took our Ford F250 to them after having another shop replace two injectors, but still…read moredidn't fix the problem (wasted $1,300). We were told that the two injectors were still bad. They had our truck for about a month (yes a long time, but this truck has spent more time in the shop than the road, so we're used to it). They replaced the injectors that they initially said were bad, but it didn't fix the problem of no power. They continued diagnostics until our truck was running properly. All in all, the job should have been over $6,000, but that was not the quote they gave us, so they didn't charge us that. They replaced parts and didn't charge us extra labor. They were determined to find and fix the issue. They did. Our truck has never ran this well. We are extremely satisfied and will be returning there for all future needs with any of our vehicles.

Well, one of the high pressure fuel lines ruptured while I was 2 hours out of town towing my fifth wheel stranding me and my family on the side of the road. I called them up and they sent a tow truck out at their expense and then replaced ALL of the fuel injector lines and had the truck back to me the next day! There was no charge! Now that is customer service! Warring! Beware! Do not use this shady company. They destroyed the truck left to my husband by his…read morelate father and have no interest in making it right. As a matter of fact, when I call Gary, the owner, about the problems he just hangs up on me. His last words to me were "we're not going to help you." We took our truck to them because it had a slow coolant leak that needed to be fixed. There was nothing else wrong with the truck and it ran great. They investigated the problem, doing various testing on the truck and let us know the injectors were good but there was a blown head gasket. Then it went from a blown head gasket to a cracked Duramax block and the motor needed to be replaced. After they installed, with complications, the new used motor the technician, Paul, mentioned that the new used motor looked dirty and like it had been sitting outside in the elements for a long time. Why he would proceed with installing a motor in such a condition is beyond me. When I brought up this statement and my displeasure about the condition the motor was in to Gary, he brushed it off stating that it doesn't matter what his technician says. The owner, Gary, admitted that they did not do any kind of compression or other testing on the motor to ensure that it was in good working order and not defective before installation. After the compilations mentioned above Paul informed us that the injectors that were originally good are now defective and need to be replaced too.... Paul told us the new used motor only had 40K miles on it when in fact is has 240K. When this was brough up to Gary he passed the blame on to the company he purchased the motor from and told me I would have to contact them for more answers. It's not his problem. The new used motor also has a major oil leak that they did not inform us about. I'm not sure how they could have missed it. When I let them know about the major oil leak, after discovering the large pool of oil in my garage, again Gary deflected responsibility onto the company they purchased the motor from and said that sometimes happens. Again, not his problem. Now the truck pours out white smoke upon start up and continues to have white smoke even after warned up. The idle is now rough and bothersome. We took the truck to a different mechanic shop where we had the injectors replaced in hopes that it would solve the problem. It did not. It failed a compression test. We took the truck back to them with the newly installed injectors to show that the injectors were not the problem. They proceeded to blame the other company for not installing the injectors correctly and thus was the reason for the continued problems. They supposedly corrected the improperly installed injectors while bashing the other company. There was no improvement. In the end we are left with a truck, that was supposed to be a family heirloom of sorts, that smokes greatly, idles roughly, leaks a lot of oil, has 240K miles on it and a mechanic that could care less. And we are out about $12K. ($9000 motor + $3500 injectors) Save yourself the grief and money by going to any place but here.
