New furnace install in our attic. Nathan and his team showed up exactly at 8:00am as scheduled. They all put on shoe coverings to avoid tracking in dirt. Went right up to the attic (2 separate staircases) and began tearing out our 33 year old broken down furnace that they had kept running for years until it was finally time to have it replaced. By noon they had the old one out and the new one in place. They fabricated new duct work and finished hooking up all the plumbing connections with a test run accomplished by mid day. Everything was now complete and they were gone by 4pm hauling away our old furnace and everything that went with it. You wouldn't even know they had been here all day. Now the new furnace works fantastic and is very quiet and really comfortable just like Nathan said it would be. NDC Heating and Cooling is the best at taking care of you and your home's needs. NDC provided us with great service at a reasonable cost. Tyler was sent out on Christmas Eve and replaced our blower motor and told us that our blower was about to go. Several hours after he left, the blower did in fact fall apart. The order for a new blower was already placed and Tyler came out and replaced it as soon as the part arrived. The furnace is older and was struggling to come back up to temp once the new blower and motor were put in. NDC sent Tyler back out to check. He identified a bad wire on our heat pump and only one coil was working on our emergency heat. He fixed the heat pump wire and provided us some options moving forward. We chose to replace the heating element, which rounded off our replacement of the inner workings of our furnace. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. first of all, somebody answers the phone. Second of all, when the tech is on their way out, you get a text with their picture. So you know who to expect to knock on your door. When they show up, they're in a nice professional uniform, they put booties on their shoes, and they are very courteous in their conversation. as far as service goes. They are there to fix what is broken. I have an older furnace, and there has been no upselling or misrepresentations of what is actually wrong with my system. You can trust this company, they're honest. I established myself with them by scheduling a maintenance call when I first bought my house, and I was sold on their service then. Top notch! My older AC stopped cooling on possibly the worse day of the year. Starting with my call for service, their assistant Andrea was pleasant, kind, & professional. She got me scheduled at their earliest opportunity. They contacted me prior to arrival and were able to arrive earlier than the anticipated scheduled time. Great news on a hot day! The faulty part was replaced quickly and no one suggested I need a new AC unit, or even tried to sell me on one as others have. He checked over all components, and did the repair at a fair price. Customer service is amazing, originally I was told 3 weeks for a simple check up and filter change. Its been really hot lately so I was ok to wait. But 2 days later I was called about a cancelation and they could come the next day around noon. I said ok and was really happy to get it checked sooner. The day of I got a text of the technician coming to the house with a picture of him. Plus he was 3 hours early bonus points. A/C lines froze up , had no air conditioning, phone after hours when they were close , they had an emergency contact number if I chosed to use , I left a message saying what my issues were and was just going to wait till 8 when they open the next morning . Our air conditioning stopped working overnight recently. I called NDC Heating and Cooling, who originally installed the a/c unit, to have it looked at. Scheduling the appointment was easy. It was a Friday morning when I called and they offered to come out later that day, but we were leaving for the weekend, so they were able to come first thing Monday morning. Their tech, Carter Reid, diagnosed the issue rather quickly and was able to get the a/c up and running in no time. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with a big installation process 9 years ago and continue to have a great experience anytime the system needs serviced and maintained. Any technician that has come to the house was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our time and property. We have a whole house mini split system for heat and air conditioning and it has worked very efficiently. We had them install a new heat pump/ ac unit a few years ago and have had no issues with getting regular maintenance and the unit has run efficiently. Everytime we call to schedule a yearly appts they are very nice and accommodating. Our technician has been polite, on time and even early, considerate and informative if I have questions. They were also more than happy to give me a basic run down on what to look for as I've never had a system like this.
