He spent more than 5 hours inspecting in and around the house, taking many samples of dust and air, and educating us about potential environmental conditions which are conducive to mold growth. He also discussed common air quality situations which may apply to us and described potential remediation solutions. Jeff is a very caring person. I would consider him a family friend, as if I have known him for years. He does his work with great passion. It is not just a business for him, it is more like helping a loved one get out of a serious problem. Noticing the urgency, he reported back to us the same evening, telling us to shut down the vent and the heating system, because he observed contaminants in the air samples from the air coming from the ducts. The next morning he suggested we get rid of the carpets. Then he sent us a very detailed report. The impact he had on our lives is enormous. Within 24-48 hours of his visit we observed dramatic health improvement. He was spot on with his observations and recommendations. We followed most of his recommendations as closely as we could and they made a significant difference. Before we contacted Jeff, we located multiple areas in the house that had mold, such as inside the bathroom window and inside the closets. However, what was making us sick was the microscopic invisible mold in the carpets and the HVAC coils which were getting distributed around the house. For the work, number of sample inspections and the wealth of information, Jeff charges very reasonably for his efforts. As I mentioned before, he does the work with passion, otherwise, his services cost many folds of what he charges. We cannot recommend Jeff enough for healthy homes.

As well, he gave a whole list of practical suggestions on how to prevent the growth of future mold. He recommended a mold remediation company that was well-known to him. After the remediation process ended, he referred us to a post-remediation expert who certified the house to be free of mold.
