Then 7 days before my hearing removed herself from my case. I had been to her office per her request for only the 2nd time in over a year, initial meeting and then a couple of weeks before my hearing. I notified her that I would be bringing the information she requested of me in the next day. She then without true reason dropped my case. I was left with no answers, no representation and disabled. RUN away from this law firm as quickly as possible. They'll string you along and waste your time. As they do as they please without explanation or warning. BE ADVISED!!!!

Should have been my first warning of Jays incompetence. Fixed, or so I thought, my mother saved insurance paperwork for me to sign in September (but dated in January), almost a year from when we got it. The paper work said an Irrevocable Trust instead of the specifically asked for Revocable Trust. Now, Jay had no time to call me back, answer emails or even send a letter. Still, this issue is not resolved! 2 years later! If you are considering any business at all with Jay MCShurley, I strongly recommend you run to a competitor! Jay McShurley has all the time in the world for you, until you pay him! Once he received payment, he had no time for us. Then you're on your own to find answers about what had happened, what he did, and how it can be resolved!
