He explains every step of every procedure, even a basic cleaning or observation. One conversation with Dr. Charbonneau will prove he is a consummate, empathetic gentleman. I've had to transition from a lifelong dentist my family loved and they have made it a smooth one. JP is excellent-highly skilled, easy to talk to. I had to have a cavity taken out and replaced and I couldn't even feel the needle in my gums when he used it! It's nice that he explains things too to further put you at ease, just like the rest of the staff do in teaching you how to care for your teeth and when to call if you're worried. The rest of the staff are always nice and polite, the fish tank is soothing, it's always clean in reception and treatment areas. The appointments are always thorough and on time. They have prompt communication if anything changes or just to remind me of an upcoming appointment. They have been ever so accommodating with my changes of insurance in the past few years.
