Only after was I told that it could take up to three weeks maybe longer, I could have done the taxes myself and submitted them on line and the IRS would have them back to me within 3 weeks. There is no value for the service provided. They hold your money up to 3 days after receiving it and then charge you $34.95 for this service. It seems to me that they are holding onto peoples money and using it then making money on it then charging you for letting them do it. I will not be back there is no value for there, if the service was prompt and courteous I have no problem paying for it. I called their corporate office to discuss this matter and was told someone would get back to within 3-5 days. So it seems customer service is not important to them, Once they get you it is good luck to you. Stay away from this company is my suggestion. I will not be back and will go back to preparing my own return next year.
