This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. Acted like it was no big deal that we were without a car for another 10 days. We called another glass company who said they could get glass in 4 days and knew immediately the correct glass needed. We had used Glass America 2 weeks earlier on our work van rear window and they installed the glass crooked. Very incompetent staff. Will never use them again!

He shared an estimate of replacing the windshield if it did. After starting the work he realized that I had a rock hit exactly on the same spot as a previous chip repair. He touched it up, buffed it, and didn't charge me anything. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend them for your windshield repair!
