Worst Dry Cleaner evah I went to this cleaner from good reviews with an expensive cashmere sweater. It came back Heavily perfumed - had to put it outside to fumigate it, taking over the whole house. And when I looked at it, it looked off - I tried it on and it had SHRUNK an entire size and dug into my arm pits... and was short. I called them and the owner acted like he had no idea, continually asking my phone number, my name and said they use No fragrance... I said at that point the whole conversation was so disingenuous, that I was totally disappointed. My sweater is ruined worn once, and I went to this cleaner willing to pay more for a good safe experience. Bummer. Terrible incompetent service is one thing, lying and playing stupid is another. read more

It's away out from the city, but I saw it on my way to work one day. If you are in the Burlington area, this is an option. One grievance though; CASH ONLY policy. I hate these places with a passion. I understand their motivation, but regardless, pay the fee and let me use my card already! Other than that, the service was exceptional. The cost was about 20% higher than what I experienced in Watertown, so that surprised me a bit. But, 20% in dry cleaning language means another $1 for my pants to be cleaned and pressed. Not the end of the world. Overall, this place is held together by its customer service, and my experience in that area was great. Oh, my slacks were treated nice as well. read more

Good local business owners who take great care of their clientele. They've been around a while and are always pleasant to deal with. I looked for a decent dry cleaner for a while when I moved to Burlington; the competition is decent but very expensive compared to Neat n Clean. I also had a couple customer service issues with other dry cleaners in the area; won't get into it in this space, but haven't had those same issues here. It should be noted regarding the cash only policy that you'd already know about it upon pickup as cash only signs are plastered all around the store. There's an ATM a couple doors down in the same plaza. Might seem antiquated to have a cash only policy but it wouldn't cause an issue on pickup as you'd see the signs on drop off. It's worth a mention here, but not worth a star or two deduction. read more

My wife had dropped off a gown for hemming and pressing two weeks prior to the date needed. The original owners were very good and I had used them for my suits in the past with good results. The business has since been taken over by a new owner whom I never met but he assured us that the gown would be done this morning upon opening. Likewise, he was demanding $80 for the work which is outrageous for this job. They finally settled on $50. When my wife arrived to pick it up, the gown hadn't been started and the owner insisted that she had indicated the next week even though the slip said she was correct. He then insisted we come back at three however our schedule was set and we would not be in the area after noon. He then stated it would be done by 1:30! She told him she would return at noon and that it had to be ready. He agreed albeit begrudgingly. She came home, we packed up and got down there to find him still working on it. He caused us to miss one appointment, demanded to be paid in full for the job and further when my wife offered him $30 dollars for the shoddy work he caused a scene and chased us out to the parking lot! Avoid this business at all cost! read more
