That's a direct quote. Now, I did apologize to him for the condition of the items and reminded him this was a 14 year old who bagged the items and handed them to me to be laundered. But, to review, not only does this owner enjoy a 1000% mark-up on his services, he also chooses what is an acceptable condition of soil is before accepting a job. Pathetic .
