This place is close to home, and I've become comfortable popping in. I shop for groceries across the street at Fred ameyers. I've become so comfortable that I didn't notice how horrible customer service has gotten. Well, I realized it today. They are really slow and don't acknowledge you walking in. Awful customer service and rude employees that will lie to your face. Don't bother asking for the two cent joint they advertise with a purchase on Tuesday's. You will receive major attitude and be told they don't do that. Go to Aloha or Hillsboro location. They are awesome there. I used to give my business to Nectar . If you do the tax math on their $49 ounces , it's $ 8.31 . They charge # 18.00 tax on a 49.00 dollar ounce. I will never give them my business again . There are way too many dispensaries within a stones throw away I do not recommend Nectar . read more

I come to this dispo often and I love the service I just got off work and usually this location has amazing staff. when I walked in I was greeted with a women with curly red hair who already seemed annoyed I was just asking acouple clarifying questions regarding the menu she she was acting and speaking unprofessionally about the previous shift and when I was asking for my 2 oz and 3carts must've been to much for her to do because I got nasty attitude this is not what customers should be greeted with at 8am and girl needs to be coached on customer service read more

I like going in here every so often since I don't live in town and they open early with great deals. typically the staff is nice and knowledgeable and are always willing to help me out. Today however, I was helped by a bud tender who didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Granted, it's early in the morning and they just opened, but they were very short with me, seemed annoyed, and used this very condescending fake "helpful" tone to help guide me through my process. With a smile that on the outside looks kind but on the inside says "F-off" ya know? Very fake nice. While I did get a good recommendation (hopefully, haven't tried yet), I wish the service was more genuine than patronizing. Still will come back in the future. read more

I am not a fan of "chain" dispensaries but with time constraints I decided to stop by. I figured what's the worst that could happen? I went in to purchase a pack of pre rolls, they didn't have any brand that I was familiar with and the bud tender made their suggestion. The bud tender seemed knowledgeable so I went with it. When I got home and tried it...I put it out in less than 5 min. Tasted like straight up mold. Decided to try another one and it was the same thing. Threw the rest away. Complete garbage. The next day I went to my regular dispensary and told them what happened... they said that they have heard this chain buys in such mass quantities they're not doing the quality checks that most small dispensaries do. All I know is I wasted money on mold...next time I'll listen to my gut and just avoid the major chain dispensaries. read more

I came in with my medical card and they refused it because it was a Grower card and not a Patient card. OMMP stands for Oregon Medical Marijuana Program. These people forget about the customer and just focus in the money. They don't even display the product they're selling, everything is prepackage. read more

I tolerate Nectar for their cartridge sales, but today the Beaverton Nectar at Regatta showed me where to not shop in the future. Greeted as I walk through the door as usual, a bespectacled young man stands behind the counter in front of the cartridge selection where no one was standing waiting for service. I ask for the cartridge menu and see that it is laid out and presented on top of the counter in front of myself and the CSR. 2 other employees mill around the other side of the sales floor where (keep in mind) no other customer is waiting for service. The bespectacled gentleman asks for my ID and as I pull it from my wallet he feels the need to remind me of the 8-1/2"x11" paper sign affixed to the hand sanitizer pump saying to wait until you are called upon to approach the counter. Again, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store. At least 2 other employees in the store and I was needed to be reminded that I shouldn't have approached the counter without some further confirmation, as apparently the verbal greeting as I walked through the door and the expectant look on the CSR's face wasn't sufficient. read more

I've been going to this spot since I moved to the area a couple of months ago. I go in at least once a week since, more so since I broke my toe and need to control pain. Not once had I had an issue until today when I was refused service for using my GOVERNMENT issued green card, same one I've used EVERY SINGLE time I've gone shop there. interestingly enough they have a big sign talking about how they are an inclusive establishment... Unless you're an immigrant of course because then you're not welcome there. read more

Staff need to listen better. Have gone in many times when it was busy and was treated better. Went in to get an ounce, but was told there was only the most expensive tier available. She made no attempt to suggest anything or tell me about any potential strains on sale. Told the budtender I wanted to get an eigth instead, as they were on sale; Then told them which strain I wanted it in. The Budtender came back and rang me up, but didn't even show me the item. As I handed over the money, I saw that she had grabbed and rang me up for a single gram. I stated I wanted an eigth multiple times. She clearly wasn't listening nor cared about what was happening. This is the third time it has happened with her. Please train the staff to actually listen to the customer. There's so much good bud in the state of Oregon. Having numerous strains that were harvested in October/November (8-9 months old) for the prices they charge is just unacceptable in my opinion. The Strains on the menu have been the same for months and they just move around the 'sale' prices on the different tiers. Most people are probably happy with this setup and don't think much about it. I've been smoking a long time and prefer fresh or somewhat fresh product that is rotated for an acceptable price. This place obviously bought a ton of bulk product and just continues to sell it for several months at full price until it's gone. You would think they'd sell it for $50 an oz until it's gone and make room for new product. Too much good weed around the area to go here consistently. Have got some decent strains, but not until you get up into the $14-16 gram price range, and even then it's 3-4 months old. Much better options if you look around. Worst customer service ever possible. Beaverton, Regatta Lane to be specific. I made an online order and asked for a switch on product and the "manager" in store was beyond rude and disrespectful because I asked for a change in product. If he is unhappy with his job he should resign and be somewhere where customer service isn't needed. His name is Scott, which is all the info he wanted to give me. Im a regular customer and its not right for him to treat me so poorly for no absolute reason at all. People are already going through things and getting weed or anything from the dispensary should be a delightful experience or at least a chill one. I am amused with the treatment I received. I would like to get in contact with whoever is higher than the store managers because when I asked for the # to get in contact with someone he blew me off. A lovely co worker did assist me with a business card. Can't go to my favorite neighborhood dispensary anymore thanks to his awful and rude persona. I was not rude once, I was patient and all with no problem. Until he started to mock me and demean me. This happened today 2/11/2023 at about 7:20-7:30pm. IF YOU CAN DONT GO THERE. I called before ordering online and spoke with Dr. Dabs. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Online ordering was seamless. The store was super clean and all staff had masks on. Pick-up was as easy and efficient as placing the online order. Staff completed my order accurately and quickly. The prices are decent and they carry a variety of flower that works for me.
