However, although they did come and vacuum the major areas, the amount of skipping over stuff was incredible. As I moved room to room, I could see corners filled with dog hair! It was also blatantly obvious that some areas were simply not mopped. I asked for all sheets to be put in the laundry room etc..some of them had been but they also left some piled up on a bed and when I moved them, there was an old plate the kids had left so they never even got near that area. I asked for a couch to be cleaned, cushions vacuumed and moved and cleaned under and that also didn't happen. The couch still had the imprint where my son sat last. Stairs still had dog hair, stuck to the carpet that I literally picked up with my own hand as I walked up the stairs. I don't know if it was just the cleaners or if it's the company. I got the feeling the cleaners were rushing to get to the next job and perhaps they couldn't do a deep cleaning... which is not my fault and not what I asked for... obviously a company should allow for enough time for what a customer is asking for. I could also tell that the cleaners were not given any of the instructions that I had given the main person who came to give me a quote. I'm literally going room to room now cleaning what they should've done. Perhaps the other reviews are good ones from maybe different cleaners I don't know, but this was the worst cleaning service job I have ever encountered. The only reason I gave them two stars is out of fairness because they did pick up some of the dirt and the place wasn't completely left dirty.

Large lines of dust were left on furniture, floors still had dust on them, kitchen counter still had spots where cleaning was missed. I told the staff about these missed items, they said no problem, they will pay extra attention. Today i get a call from Destiny saying I belittled their staff and that if there is a spot on a counter I should let them know and that my service with them is for a light cleaning not a deep cleaning. Have no idea what that means. Beware of this company. In the winter, when they need the business, they are professional and courteous, now in the summer, when they have more business then they can obviously handle, they take it out on their customers.
