I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. I went in and told her what I wanted, yet she went to the root cause of my concerns and worked . I'm returning soon, which is why I looked her up again. She also stopped my sister-in-law from smoking in one session! This not a paid testimonial! She stopped the same day for about 3 years. Unfortunately, she is surrounded by smokers and frequented areas that smokers frequent, and she slowly started smoking again. I have no doubt that a follow-up session would have kept her from not smoking. Factoring in taxes, a pack of cigarettes per day for 3 years is almost $10,000 in savings.
