The middle metal piece that connects inside of the glass kept coming loose. It just fit and now it won't fit. It happened to fall off during use, smash through the glass and water went everywhere. I thought well no problem. It has a warranty. I pull out the box and go to the stundenglass website to file a warranty claim. The website says there should be a QR code on the box which has the serial number and authentication number. I look all over the box, pull out the inserts. etc. Nothing. I then input the serial number that is on the item into the website and says item not found. I type it in various ways and all say not found. I then start looking online and apparently places are notorious for selling fake stundenglass. This item is a fake. Mad disappointed because I had such a great experience. Not happy with getting a knock off when it was advertised as a stundenglass. This item is not real and why I am having so many issues with it.

So naturally I took the RECEIPT in with the EMPTY package and they rudely refuse to make it right. So they basically STOLE from me... thieves. I went Smoke N More the other day and the manager Kate working in the store was on her phone the…read morewhole time. She didn't even offer to greet me or help me. When I politely asked her for assistance she was clueless to the products they sold or what most items even cost. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. Employees like this are the exact reason why retail businesses are losing ground to online businesses. It's a shame that a person like her doesn't take her job seriously. The management and ownership of this store really needs to reconsider employees like Kate.
