Without missing a beat, he provided me with a reasonable and competitive quote and Nick had his team start working on mine too (my roof is connected to my neighbour's). The team completed both of our roofs with high quality work and professionalism, and were extremely diligent in their clean-up. Then last week, I called Nick again to take a look at what appeared to be an issue with my roof. He actually remembered doing our job (even after 6 years!) and stopped by within 2 hours to take a look. He sent a couple of his guys with their ladder to check it out (it turned out to be a "stray" shingle that blew off of another neighbour's house, and no damage to my roof). We contacted ANJCO Roofing for an emergency roof repair and were ultimately disappointed with the…read moreexperience. We reached out to the company early in the morning due to a rapidly worsening leak that had begun spreading from the roof down to the second floor. The team arrived at approximately 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, they determined that they did not have a ladder of the appropriate size and decided to stop work for the day. As a result, we felt gutted as we lost nearly 19 critical hours before they returned the following morning, during which time the leak continued to worsen. When they did return, the repair itself was completed within about an hour. This made it particularly frustrating that such a preventable oversight (by bringing the proper equipment) caused a significant delay in addressing an urgent issue. Additionally, there was limited communication or effort to explore alternative solutions at the time, which left us feeling unsupported during a stressful situation. Overall, while the repair was ultimately completed, the handling of what was presented as an emergency did not meet expectations. We selected them because when we contacted them they said they could "come" the same day. Of course they did "come" but they didn't repair the damaged area. If they had been more transparent maybe we could have contacted another company. Given this experience, we would not recommend this company for emergency roof repairs.

All they suggested was replacing the entire garage roof or some sealing that didn't hold. Hashem identified the problem in literally three minutes, i.e. a code-required lining missing in three spots. The first dry day, he was already up there fixing it. I also had him replace my old worn-out gutter guards. Every dollar well spent. If you need a roof repair, call Hashem first. These guys truly know their craft!
