She stated that she may have replace the whole zipper. i thought that was high but my husband's favorite jeans. I do not own a sewing machine. I Picked up the jeans 2wks later , business stated same day service but she advised pick up on 3/3 ok . Picked up my husband tried them the zipper came undone again. I returned to the business explained and showed the owner the jeans and she wanted to charge me additional $10.00 . I explained that she never repaired the first time & I'm am not going to pay additional $10.00 for work not completed . She went on to say that she will repair zippers header for $25.00 but if it breaks the additional $10.00 will be for a new zipper ‍total $35.00 . This is not what she told me at my original visit. $25.00 for a new zipper . I asked for a refund gave her my credit card to refund . She charged me $25.00 instead of refunding /crediting . I made her refund /void sale now the the original $25.00 it will take a few hours to show on line. Quality/customer service and value unethical. Do not trust their service. so I went in there today and i started browsing through wedding dresses and I was not even…read moreachnowledged at all what so ever one time, the woman working was too busy to even ask me if I wanted to try anything on so I asked her if they rented out bridesmaid dresses and she very snotily said "no we dont I dont know anyone who does" so I went back to browsing weddings gowns still no acknowledgment to me obviously being a bride to be wanting to try on gowns..then another group of people came in and also began browsing wedding gowns & the lady couldnt get over to them fast enough assisted them & even helped her take a gown to try on this to me was very very rude I mean I obviously am engaged & I obviously was interested in dresses I even said out loud to my sister how I loved a dress still nothing from this woman..I think that if a woman whom is engaged is in a bridal store browsing though gowns they should be atleast acknowledged or asked if they would like to try anything on not just ignored & given snoody answers & if the woman could assist the people after me what was the big deal with her assisting me..I honestly was going to purchase my dress from this bridal store but after today & the rude woman that was there I will definatley be taking my money to a different store who treats every customer the same way not just decides to ignore one then help the next how unprofessional can they be??
