Since they had those yarn in their website ; however, they don't carry them in the store. They said that I must buy them as a bag (10 balls for a bag, and cost around $270) I wish to buy few balls and went there to ask. The lady said that she can take one bag of the yarn to the store, and let me touch and feel it if I really want to buy a bag of it. So, that means, I can't buy them individually anyway, a bit disappointed. I don't need so many balls. The service is ok, not as friendly as other local yarn stores....

The women that work there later in the evening are very rude; unfriendly and it always seems like they're just waiting for you to leave. There's another floor in the basement with even more selection of yarn and a bathroom for customers. During my visit on a Saturday, the business was popping! The parking lot is small and narrow. There's a few workers that are on the floor helping with customers. As a noobie, I was walking aimlessly around the store until I gave up and had to ask for help from Christina. She was very helpful, and thoughtful with her answers to my many questions. I appreciated her as she didn't rush when describing the different yarn I could use. As soon as you enter the store, you're greeted by an employee letting you know that there is a whole other section of the store downstairs. There's a convenient couch section for the family members who don't knit where they can relax. While resting here , an employee offered me tea or coffee while I waited ! It's clear that the employees are all knitters themselves, so they have the domain expertise to help patrons.

When I wanted to buy it she advised me it's not on sale, but full price. I showed her the online price and told her I had seen the fabric with my own eyes on sale on Aug 3rd, but she advised me to buy it online instead. I would have , but the shipping cost is $15. I wrote customer service, but nobody got back to me. The whole experience was beyond frustrating.
