They did a waxing and threading (for those tricky little buggers that don't wanna gtfo). It was my first time threading, but they do the waxing first so the threading part isn't bad. Actually I preferred this to waxing and then tweezing (like I've had done at other salons). The threading seemed to be a lot more accurate. The appointment took 15 minutes maybe, and after I didn't look like a Yeti (not that it helped my GNIB photo..that just looks awful). The price was about €25, which seemed really reasonable to me. I only got the waxing done, but I was quite happy and would come back again, maybe try for a haircut, another time.

I really liked the girl who did my pedicure, and they had the foot spa with a massaging chair like most other nail bars. They had personal fans for drying finger nails but not for drying feet, which wasn't an issue for me since my toes dried while my fingers were painted, but would not be good in a hurry. I had facial issues due to an accident, plus naturally porous skin, so I really needed to bring my face back into balance. Most clinics offered treatments that didn't actually work for my problems - mostly superficial peels and procedures, each costing at least €300 per session, and I was told I'd need at least 5-8 sessions. Very few places are run by real doctors - mostly by people who only completed short beauty courses. Lily is a doctor of Chinese medicine. She uses top-quality Italian and American equipment and offers bold, effective laser therapy solutions. After just a few sessions, we managed to smooth out the scars on my face, and a couple of marks on my nose became much less visible. Now, I go for a maintenance laser session every six months, use one cream, and my skin looks well cared for. I'm 44 years old, and I can confidently recommend Lily to my friends now - don't be afraid to take care of your skin! Laser treatments are an excellent alternative to short-term solutions like Botox and fillers. Ladies - go to Lily without hesitation! I tried to cancel my appointment at the earliest possible time and was advised I would have to pay a fee. I said ok, this was for the protection of your customers and staff but if there is going to be a fee I'll come in the answer was a simple "OK". 10 minutes passed and I received a call explaining they would be unable to do the treatment today because of covid and would be unable to do the treatment for 3 weeks. Very uneducated and unprofessional approach to something that should just be standard practice in today's terms. Isolation is 5 days or until you have a negative test. Not 21 days. It's sad that I have to write such a negative review on what was actually a good experience. But the lack of knowledge on basic things would make me question the overall sanitary side of things. And why for me, I'll have to look elsewhere.

Making an appointment was easy enough considering the fine print 'warned' of a long waiting list for this salon and therefore to book early. To me, the long waiting list suggested an excellent quality of treatment and my expectations were high. When I arrived, the door was closed. I rang and I rang again and then I waited. 10minutes. There was no sign saying 'therapist in treatment' or similar so it was a bit strange to leave their clients just out in the hall. Eventually the door opened, I was greeted and offered a seat. My voucher was taken and I was brought into a different area to take a seat infront of a little kitchen area. And I waited again. A good 30mins after my scheduled appointment time, I was led into the treatment room where I received a mediocre shoulder massage and a facial which I wouldnt write home about. There was a therapist in the next room with another client and through the thin walls I could hear she was booked in for laser therapy which for some reason they now couldn't do. They argued about that for a bit while I was lying there with a face mask on waiting for my therapist to come back. After the lady had left, I could hear both therapists in the hall talking about her in a non-professional way. I was a bit shocked to be honest to be witnessing that but I wasn't planning on coming back in here anyway. The facial was okay as I said, nothing special so the price with a voucher is appropriate, everything else would be too much.
