The men that work here are misogynistic and unprofessional. They joke around to a degree that is completely offensive. I'm generally a laid back person, however, upon my last visit, one of the employees jokingly stated, "shut the fuck up," when I asked him how he didn't notice the awful print job that he attempted to make me pay for. On another occasion, the same employee asked me how my last print looked, because he wasn't happy with the way it turned out. My mistake for not fully inspecting it and trusting this employee for doing his job. This place only gets business, because they are the only independent print shop in the area. If you need decent print work for documents or photographs, go to Staples instead or use one of the many online print labs that charge less than Nefra and offer superior quality. Their "high end gifts," are average. I suggest checking out Collage in West York, or one of the Christmas Tree shops for gifts that are comparable to theirs. You should never ever feel as I did upon entering a business like this, let alone PAYING for their services, while being mistreated. Not recommended. Over priced. Nefra is an excellent printing and graphic design center in the East End of York, Pa. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and highly professional, taking pride and ownership in their work product. I regularly use their services for complex document production, copying, assembly, and distribution. I also observe the way in which they treat other customers, and it is always polite, friendly and professional. I recommend them highly. read more

Excellent staff and print shop. I have been a customer of Nefra for many years. Recently I needed to refresh my business cards and envelopes. I discussed my printing needs with Brian. He understood exactly what I wanted. Their graphic designer, Todd Miller, made several options for me to choose from. I personally went to the office to finalize the one I wanted. The result is absolutely fantastic. Another time we worked with graphic artist, Chrissy Wehrle. She has a keen understanding of our company needs and she has the patients to see our projects through to completion. Overall the staff at Nefra is professional and very easy to work with. Great local company. It is a pleasure to work with the entire staff and management. I love the gallery look of the store. They bring innovative ideas for graphics and printing to York. I just stopped in to have 2 copies made - one from a sheet of paper and one from a flash drive - each 1 sheet black and white copies. I stopped in because I like to support local small businesses instead of the big box stores. Next time I will go to Staples... I waited almost 10 minutes for an employee to ge to me, their self service copiers are no longer available; the salesperson was pleasant enough, she made the copy of the paper, put my flash drive into another copier and handed off the job to a co-worker to take a phone call. The 2nd employee gives me back my flash drive and the single copy and tells me the charge is $3.18....FOR 2 SHEETS OF PAPER. I asked her "for 2 copies" thinking she must have me confused with another customer - NOPE, they charge a "FILE MANIPULATION FEE" to pull a doc off a flash drive!!!!! Insane! I had some photographs of paintings Mrs Elizabeth Tan a 92 or so person had made in Malang of Indonesia, I gave them exact dimensions of the picture frames I had. The work came out very well and was done in time. I still have both prints and they have not faded in color. My daughter a fashion designer and empowerment of young women in Bali had need for a small run on a book she had written. The cover was by a famous Bali Artist. The results came out rather well and were marketed here and in the UK. On her second run the printing was good but there was a problem with the adhesive. They quickly free of charge did not just fix the books but ran 50 more to replace the damaged ones. I like the antique camera collection around the shop. Francis as well as Neal the owners are very helpful. It is a great company also to work for Neil makes sure employees are covered with health insurance. I would use their services at the drop of a had. Wish they had an outlet also in West Manchester. read more
