When I raised the issue, there was no meaningful explanation or accountability, and I was left with clothing that is now unwearable. For a service that advertises professional care, this level of damage is unacceptable. I'm pretty disappointed since I'm on vacation, especially given the cost of the garments. I would not recommend this cleaner if you are about clothing.

I will drive out of the way going forward. Shirts and slacks stained and dingy, they didnt clean them well at all anf just starched and pressed right over the dirt. Then proceeded to charge me full price as if they had done a great job. I wouldnt recommend them if you already have a reliable cleaner. Never get a 2nd time to make a 1st impression! I asked them why and was told they were doing me a favor because washing is cheaper. They then dry cleaned the starched shirts to fix the issue. They looked worse. Then they washed them again for some reason. I was told a manager would call me. Instead they washed them again! All the dye is out of one of them and they are ruined even more. I was told that is all we can do. No effort to replace or pay for them. $425 of brand new shirts ruined. Beware. They do not stand behind their mistakes.

After being assured that it would, we dropped the item off. First, when asking a price estimate the individual at the desk had no idea and said they would call prior to cleaning the item. The following evening I had to call them to get the price since I had not heard from them and asked a second time to check and make sure it would be ready by the date they promised. On the morning I was supposed to pick up the item I called to make sure it was ready and was told that they had not started it yet and that it would not be ready as promised. At that point I decided that this is not a good establishment but when we finally got it back it was NOT EVEN CLEAN!
