I asked them why and was told they were doing me a favor because washing is cheaper. They then dry cleaned the starched shirts to fix the issue. They looked worse. Then they washed them again for some reason. I was told a manager would call me. Instead they washed them again! All the dye is out of one of them and they are ruined even more. I was told that is all we can do. No effort to replace or pay for them. $425 of brand new shirts ruined. Beware. They do not stand behind their mistakes.

The following evening I had to call them to get the price since I had not heard from them and asked a second time to check and make sure it would be ready by the date they promised. On the morning I was supposed to pick up the item I called to make sure it was ready and was told that they had not started it yet and that it would not be ready as promised.
