My coworkers used cash(I don't carry that usually) so I used the app, my only "complaint/critique"(but it's business so I understand), is that I paid through the app and now have credit that I can only use at this location. BUT that's a minor thing and bigger problems in the world. The location is VERY clean, and the employees are ready to assist when someone like me can't figure out the app/scanning the machines. My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. I understood and tried explaining that I still had a washer going and was slowly adding clothes to it . I had set an alarm on my phone through the app . Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! AND... that it had just stopped one freaking minute before I walked to her unloading my towels and blankets! To make matters worse !!! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot ! I wanted to make sure the clothes really dried. They did. My first impression is that it is a very clean and airy laundromat. A couple of women were busy taking care of some customer's laundry. In addition to doing it yourself, you can pay to have the attendants take care of washing, drying and folding your laundry for your pickup. There are plenty of washing machines and dryers for small and large loads. Ample seating while you wait. Also many rolling carts with overhead hanging bar are available to pile your dried clothes into and roll over to a table to fold. It's a great place to have available as an option. Go there.

They are closed Mondays the majority of in house washing should be Monday then since closed to general public. Another issue I've seen is they allow people to take over tables and not in use people leave their belongings to secure a table when others need to use and no place to fold dried clothes. Tell staff they can't do nothing due to they don't see the owners of the property to tell them to move their belongings. Frustrating it is. Just think that staff should enforce table and cart usage readable for all to use.
