She also really nailed the connections w/regard to a very sudden onset & painful plantar fasciitis episode I had last fall. Began my road to recovery. When you have pain & specific problem areas a light Swedish is NOT going to get it so know that in advance. Serious work and total relaxation options available. Diana has also skillfully provided me with very relaxing facials, detoxifying wraps & her Lymph Star treatments are just wonderful. A majority of the pads are torn, many missing covers with foam completely exposed. Many free weights are missing rubber covers so they're exposed metal with no weight labels. Carpet is torn and worn down to the concrete. Bathroom floor tiles have been missing for months. Bottom of shower curtains are pink with mold. Many cable machines not maintained with notes attached to use carefully to avoid injury if they break during use. Trash laying around that never gets picked up. I could go on and on. Something needs to change before someone gets very sick.

And then just a 15min walk (or 2 minute car ride) from downtown, Bass Lake is right there for your hiking pleasure. The lake itself is serene with great views from the circumferential hiking path around it. But it doesn't end there. Miles and miles of trails break off from the main lake for a longer outdoor experience. Plenty of parking with clean bathrooms at the main parking area. This is perfect for a shorter stroll around the lake, or a day's adventure across the many trails leading from here.

He did not even complete the course and they still charged us more than just the difference to do the bigger course. Swing is a must but under 7 can't go on it. However there is a ninja course next to it they can mess around on while your getting towed up for the swing. Here's my three things: 1) $150+ for 3 for a couple hours so plan accordingly. Check ages and weights for everyone against their online profiles. 2) Snacks and drinks available but limited. 3) They have safes to lock up your valuables while you are on the course. Staff is pretty chill and very safety oriented. Stop by Happy Valley Filling station on the way up or down the mountain if coming up/down 321. Great pizza's and beer!
